What skin types is the salve suitable for?

Our Skin Softening Salve is formulated for all skin types, including sensitive, dry, eczema-prone, and mature skin. The ingredients are gentle, non-comedogenic, and free from synthetic additives, making it suitable even for delicate areas.

Is it safe to use on children or during pregnancy?

Yes, the unscented version is suitable for children over 6 months old and can be used during pregnancy for dry skin, stretching skin, or general hydration. However, consult your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns or sensitivities.

How is the calendula infused into the jojoba oil?

We use a slow, traditional infusion method, where dried organic calendula petals are steeped in golden jojoba oil for several weeks to extract their healing, anti-inflammatory properties. This method preserves the full spectrum of botanical benefits.

Does the salve have a scent?

The salve is available in two variations:

Unscented: Pure and neutral for sensitive skin

Lightly Scented: With a hint of natural vanilla extract (from Vanilla Planifolia), offering a soft, comforting aroma.

Our salve is preservative-free but naturally stable due to its oil-based formula. It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
